In February 21, 2008 17 years ago Gigi’s Cupcakes was born! With only $33 left to my name I opened my first store on Broadway in Nashville Tn. I had no idea what would lay ahead of me. I just wanted 1 store 1 dream. Well God had different plans! That 1 store turned into 125 stores in 24 states in less than 7 years! It’s been a complete whirlwind filled with beautiful memories and some devastating moments. I have learned how to graciously accept accomplishments, accolades and humbly accept defeat. All in all God has been with me guiding me and being the Strong Tower I could run to. So many lessons I have learned sometimes the hard way. Here are a few 1. Always be Original, perfect is boring. 2. It’s never too late to recreate and pivot. 3. God will Never leave you. He chases after you.
